I haven't been able to follow Colbert since he started hosting The Late Show. Is he still as good?

Oh come on, there have been plenty of terrible Late Night hosts.

Joan Rivers?  Pat Sajak?  Arsenio Hall?  Bill Maher?  Trevor Noah?

Jimmy Fallon is probably my favorite, with Kimmel a close second. But my over all fav was Jay Leno.

Leno and Fallon strike me as very vapid comedians.  They go for cheap forgettable laughs, never seeking or succeeding at making any kind of a point with their jokes.

Fallon is bad at straight comedy, I agree, but his skits are great.

Fallon is charming and funny, but very tame.

I know, it was more a matter "I don't really have much time nowadays" than lack of access.
