Excellent news. Now if only this would become the norm for executives who knowingly put lives and the broader economy at risk.

I read the article but I didn't see whether he is being punished for being at the helm during the shipping of the tainted food, or if he somehow knew the food had been compromised and allowed it go to market anyway. What's the deal, Tim?
