The man has been arrested. He killed a woman, and a man riding a bike. He also threatened other people. He fled in a silver Mercedes convertible.

I'm guessing it's a family/relationship dispute where the guy snapped.

I like how he threatened those gas station workers and they tied him up. Some brave people right there.
