Holy shit!

Yeah, that's what I thought!

Hey Sal, long time no see!
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

The Larch

Hey Sal!

Such a blast from the past!

Saladin

Long time no see and all that. Thought I'll swing by and bother you a bit.
Btw, is Languish compatible with any android forum apps?

Barrister

Cripes, I recognize the name but struggle to recall who you are...

Were you the Kurdish fellow living in Sweden?

Habbaku

Definitely a Kurd, though I forgot the location. Didn't he live in Kurdistan at one point?

Regardless.
The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.

Saladin

Well, more Swedish than kurdish nowadays but yeah I live in Sweden. :)

Tell us what's been going on the last 10 years Sal.

Women want me. Men want to be with me.

Barrister

Yeah, what's new with you the last decade or so?

AS you can see we're still kicking, though numbers diminished.

Hey Sal.  I was just thinking of Radio Free Lund the other day.

Oh. Lots of things.
Got my butt back to school and gratuated.
Got my heart broken a bunch a times but I've met the right girl now.
Working as a consultant in Stockholm but I miss southern Sweden.

Good grief, welcome back Sal.

This return / drive by posting, could now only be topped by a reappearance of Ed.A or possibly Bemo (dp?) or that English dude.
