Didn't know there was one? :hmm:  I love a few of their songs (that one, 'And She Was', 'Psycho Killer', 'Road To Nowhere') but I don't really consider myself a true Talking Heads 'fan' like I am of say Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Bruce Springsteen, etc.  For example, I don't think I'd go to a Talking Heads concert whereas I've seen Bruce in concert 3 or 4 times.

It's really a soundtrack to a concert movie, but I like many others came to it as a live album. Certainly regarded by more than a few as their classic album.


I guess it's one of those things, were you've gotten so use to the say the 9 track original album, that a remixed 17 track album, with very different order of songs, just jars with the strongly imprinted mental 'image' of the original.

Damn, I actually had the original (non-remastered) CD until a couple of weeks ago. I'd have happily sent it over. The new version does have different mixing, there are noticeable differences on The Great Curve for instance. Though to be honest I prefer the newer version. It could just be my millennial tastes.  :blush:
