How often do you wash clothes? (NOT "how often do you change clothes?")

I do think it is funny about Texas' reputation for having Indians.  Our Native Population is almost non-existant.

And it is all your fault. Nasty genocidal Texans.

once a week... unless I get busy. Then every two. I used to have enough clothes for that long or longer... but everything is too big now.

I don't see why you can't be casual while still be wearing a tie. They are a very good way to accessorize (e.g. give your outfit a bit of colour) without looking stuffy.

Scarves can be worn in warm weather, especially when it is windy (I am not talking here thick, winter-style scarves, but rather soft, silk ones you can tie around your neck, as if they were a tie).

Wrist bands, again, can be a nice touch, although I agree you don't want to go overboard with that.

Socks, like ties, are great for some colour touch. Suspenders can offer a nice contrast as well (I am not talking about normal, "utilitarian" ones, but more crazy stuff - e.g. thick white suspenders look cool with a black shirt for a semi-casual night out).

Hats and caps can also be cool, especially the retro style ones that are fashionable this summer.

I don't know many people who wear ties on casual days.

Should any man really be seen wearing a silk scarf?

Call me crazy, but when I wear clothing, I generally try not to have my socks very visible. Suspenders? :x

Sure, hats can be fine if one likes wearing hats. Many people don't.

Yeehaw!

I bet you were wearing a ten gallon hat and driving a pickup truck with bull horns on the grille when you deliberately ran down the last indian.

Oh, and you were eating a BBQ steak at the time, driving on your way back to the ranch.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Valmy is the Rich Texan on The Simpsons?

All Texans arer the Rich Texan on the Simpsons. He's the Platonic ideal of Texan.

Valmy is merely in the closet. I bet he watches rodeo porn and feels bad about it.  :D

So, are you a top or a bottom?

I'm dissapointed that it took over 1/2 an hour for languish to make this joke (and that MIM beat me to it).

That's especially useful if you want to come out of the closet without saying anything to anyone.

That's pretty common.  You'd have to be looking pretty closely at someone's feet in order to get a 'flash of colour' from their socks....

<looks at who posted the original comment>

Well, normal people don't do that.

I don't get the "I have enough clothes" response. Yeah, well I have enough clothes to wear for 2 - 3 weeks too, but that would mean having to wear something no longer fashionable, or not matching, or just something I don't feel like that day, eventually.

How do you properly accessorize that way?

because I am classic. and most clothes are easy to match with blacks/darks.
forget about fashion, which is fickle, and largely just buy contemporary and keep an eye out for good functional materials/blends.
