The legal climate here is getting increasingly bad for BDSM enthusiasts, this is not the first restrictive legislation they have faced.

Incidentally, I wonder what the situation in straight porn/sex industry is - because in gay porn (and judging from ads and the like), 90% of guys who are into BDSM and power play are submissive. I would say it is similar, although in gay DS the dominant is usually pretending to be straight and the submissive is a "faggot". It's actually quite funny if you think about the psychology of it all.
