Well, I guess this is another nuclear steam engine.
It's another con.  Not one element of this "engine" is even physically possible.  One element being "magic" might be visionary but all five elements being "magic" is a con.

I don't know, I am not familiar with car technology.  All I want is a car that moves at a resonable price.  I don't think a new car produced in 2014 is that different from a car produced in the 90s.  I am sure they changed a couple of things, but at least I don't feel the differences.  Maybe we have already reached a point in the diminishing return curve that further improvements to common cars aren't worth the trouble.  I can't think of anything that I want that isn't already in my car.  Other than a lower price tag, of course.

You cant be serious.
Ever heard of the google car?
What about smart cars?

What I meant was, the Honda Accord that I am driving isn't that different from the Toyota Camry I drove in the 90s.

The cars now may look the same, but they also tend to have computers in them.

Actually you have a good point.  What have been the major innovations in cars in the last 15 years or so?  Is there anything comparable to power steering or manual transmission?
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

My desktop today also looks very similar to my old top back 1994.
It got a monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, and a tower with the guts.

Rear-mounted cameras have turned out to be an awesome and useful feature.

Except I don't have them  :P

You're Asian.  All it would do is give you a close-up of what you were going to cream anyway.

Like mono, I don't have them, but I expect you are right.

Thorium-powered cars sounds like something they'd come up with in Gnomeregan.

I've tried them, but I didn't really find them to be that great.  What do you find so useful about them?
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

Trying to park evenly in a parking lot with those concrete spacers, especially in a bohemoth like my parents' Tahoe.  The ass is difficult to measure, and the front end is like looking over an abyss.

Jeep, who gives a fuck, it parks wherever I want it parked.  Tahoe is a bit more difficult backing in, and I never park head-in.

Ah.  I always park head-in, since to do otherwise would leave me vulnerable to BB's tender mercies.  Gaol, and whatnot.
