I believe the correct term is Canada goose/geese, not Canadian geese.  :nerd:   :hmm:

Goose tastes good.  Used to have it for Christmas dinner growing up.  A little fattier / greasier than chicken but not as much as duck in my opinion.

Anyway, yes Native American food is good (assuming you like corn/maize).  I'm a huge fan of tamales. :cool:  The Cherokee used to make those too... there was something different about them vs. traditional Mexican tamales but I forget what it was now.
