I wonder if Canadian Geese taste the same as domestic geese. :hmm:

Canadian geese are domestic geese.
Posts here are my own private opinions.  I do not speak for my employer.

I believe the correct term is Canada goose/geese, not Canadian geese.  :nerd:   :hmm:

Goose tastes good.  Used to have it for Christmas dinner growing up.  A little fattier / greasier than chicken but not as much as duck in my opinion.

Now I want Duck. I fucking love Duck.

I had the urge a couple of days ago; I'm having a nice duck leg for dinner tomorrow. :mmm:

I'm not familiar with Native American cuisine.  Is it actually good, or is it just something that quasi-hipsters like yourself pretend is good?

There's a lot of beans involved.  Right up your alley.

And goddamn, I recommend a museum restaurant and suddenly I'm out mashing my own maize for bread.  Fuck you and your forehead.   :P

It's kind of ironic too, given how into hipster beer derspiess is.

Anyway, yes Native American food is good (assuming you like corn/maize).  I'm a huge fan of tamales.  The Cherokee used to make those too... there was something different about them vs. traditional Mexican tamales but I forget what it was now.

Isn't a limited ice age settlement from the east (in addition to the main bulk from Asia) accepted these days?
There's definitely a hypothesis (Solutrean?) but it's far from wide acceptance.
Pretty sure the recent surge in genomic evidence has disproved it.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.
