I thought she let off a couple rounds first.
Those were initial reports.  They could say that she set up a mortar and started lobbing shells at the White House, and those reports would still be not any more inaccurate that average initial reports.

She was just attempting to break the legislative-executive logjam ? :unsure:

Well, she was gunned down because her driving was perceived to be a threat to life.  It seems important enough to establish that those actions were indeed deliberate, and not an accident that got out of control by over-reaction.
