According to the always-correct and reliable Wikipedia are 44 Monarchies in the world just 16 all have Elizabeth II as their Monarch.  I guess that makes 29 though some might be standing at this particular minute.

it rotates with a spanish bishop as well, I didn't include it since the ruler was a holder of an office rather than a by the grace of god monarch
