Every episode of House seemed to consist of the staff standing around being outraged and saying, "House! You can't do that!" over and over again. And about fifteen misdiagnosis before getting it right based on some odd happenstance jogging House' memory.

I vote M*A*S*H. Pre-Allen Alda taking over M*A*S*H.  With its spin-off, Trapper John, M.D. being a runner up.
