Help!

I am in a circle.  At home I logged out, and forgot my password.

My old e-mail (no longer active) address is stored in my profile, so my new password is being sent to my old e-mail.

I can't access the new password because it's going to a closed e-mail and I can't update my e-mail because I need my new password.

I did not log-out from work, otherwise I'd have to re-register.
