Valerian. Very imaginative. Some Wtf moments, but mostly in a good way.

Atomic Blonde- spy thriller set in Berlin just before the wall fell. Kinda cool, kinda hard to follow at times. The soundtrack really played up the 80s nostalgia angle.
To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

Going to see Star Wars tonight. Interestingly among the friends that saw it yesterday the reactions are extremely divisive.  :hmm:

I can see why. Is there a correlation in age between the divisiveness?

Wouldn't know... most of the people I talked to are all in the 30-40 age bracket.

I guess the people that were more hyped for the movie were the most pissed off, but that's hardly unusual.

liked as in the first prequels were okish, or actually enjoyed?
Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".

Prequels weren't okayish. Liked as in better than previous film, not as good as Empire.

Watched the 7pm showing last night of The Last Jedi.  I thought it was ok at the time, but the more I think about it, the more problems I have with it.  There are all manner of plot holes, deus ex machinas, worthless character arcs, and just nonsensical shenanigans throughout.  Worse than any of the originals or The Force Awakens I think.
