Hmm, no previews or reviews for After Earth? Does that mean it will suck ass?

It's meant for teens, really, which wouldn't make it a "children's" book.

That's even worse than a children's book.

No fucking shit.

Its a M. Night Shyamalan movie? That explains it. I'll wait for the $1.50 theather, if I want to see it on the big screen that is.

My wife is finally tiring of M Night Shamalamadingdong these days, and that's saying something.  She wouldn't even admit that The Lady in the Water was the steaming pile of shit it was.

Yes on the bolded very much.

The Village has the only honor of being, one of two movies I've ever walked out on. Other being the South Park movie. :P

I saw the Village and Signs bored out of my head during deployment, so they entertained me.
Unbreakable and the Sixth Sense I actually liked.

Haven't seen Hunger Games, but saw the trailer for Pt. 2 before Iron Man 3. It felt almost hilarious, because it took itself so super serious.

Its a children's book.  The one taking it too seriously is Ide.

Well, technically so is the Hobbit.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Quick question, is the most recent Arnie film worth watching?
"We have it in our power to begin the world over again"

Habbaku

Quick answer, probably not.
The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.
