This thread made me curious, so I read the Wiki page on the bill.  This led me to this story: http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=43685 .  I especially like the last line from the police chief, it's like something straight from The Onion.

Hmm, that's not the story I expected.  I remember one from a year or two ago where the same thing happened at a fast food restaurant.  I will have to look for it when I get back.
