Weird case for sure.  But if true, what kind of moron would think it's funny to give cannabis cupcakes to their comrades during a live fire exercise?  :glare: 
Given that only one wrap was preserved and tested, there is still reasonable doubt, I guess.  But still, I'm not sure I want that kind of soldier in the army.
