No, I mean it's Trump. And even if he had them, you can't trust him to not change the demand whenever he feels like it.
Canada and Mexico know this, the only thing they can do is hit back and hope it won't escalate further.

It feels like you still do that on the hopes that his attention gets distracted elsewhere. I don't see how you outlast him by tormenting him.
