You know for some states they could have picked better films.  Super Troopers?  Is that the best you can do?

Note, Insomnia was a remake of a Norwegian movie starring a Swedish actor, not a Swedish move.

Why add California then?  Point Break is a fine film.

And King Kong is something of a classic, although I'm sure that there are better movies that take place in New York, some of which are directed by Martin Scorsese.

Mississippi's movie is a perfect choice.  I love In the Heat of the Night.  The wife and I are watching it (started last night- had to go to bed).
