I do not have a screenshot, because, despite working with digital media for 20 years, I cannot upload one here. It is "too big" or whatever Filipinas say when they meet the prospective husbands who ordered them out of a catalogue.

But. Some guy in Norway has filed a lawsuit against the national lottery. For five billion NOK. Because it is rigged.
Games of chance being rigged? The house always wins?

Of course a lot of people agree, because they never won either. I'd call this a daring move.

And of course, in this season of joy and giving, it does not stop there.
As some may know, Norway is not a member of the EU, yet implement all EU regulations. This bloke is now taking the case to the EFTA panel.

This obscure entity decides whether regulations in the non-EU countries fulfill the obligations within the European Free Trade Agreement, which EFTA stands for. The non-members still bound by treaty are Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and sometimes Switzerland, but they are good at just giving the middle finger to anything and saying "NEUTRAL".

There's probably some small HRE state too that I forget who signed the treaty, but I digress.

So, this guy had a perfect system. But did not win. So the system must be rigged, right?

USA, you can keep your Florida Man, we beat you. I cannot wait to hear what the EFTA has to say about this.

Guaranteed he isn't asked "oft" about his reading habits.

Far more likely he is often asked the question: "Why are you trespassing on my plane with a camera tripod and do I have to call security or are you going to get the fuck out?"
