That's why I don't know why the guillotine is not still used, the guillotine essentially being a hanging that has a near-100% success rate.  Also, a guillotine would cost like three hundred bucks and could be used by any idiot with ten minutes of training and a hazmat suit.

I'm actually with Neil on this one.

There's a false dichotomy here in that everyone with the necessary anatomical training is assumed to have taken the Hippocratic Oath.  Why don't we have specialized training for non-medical personnel to perform the execution?  Malpractice insurance kinda seems like an unnecessary burden on this process- the "patient" is going to die anyway; the only risk is harm to the extracted organs.
