This year - after many attempts and struggles - finally managed to drop under 100Kg for the first time since I was 30 or so.  :w00t:

I'm currently hovering at 98-99, and the goal for 2025 is to stabilize around 96-97. Nothing super ambitious after dropping nearly 5kg this year.

Managed to drop 7 kgs since late September (well, 8 at some point) mainly thanks to the myriad of viruses I have caught through my son's nursery :p I haven't been this light (79kgs) since I don't know when, definitely not in the past 19 years.

Back in November, I had to replace my treadmill belt because I worn it out after 6 years of heavy use (story told in the OTT).
I look forward to not be doing that in 2025.

I hit my weightlifting goals of for 2024 of a pb of 315 bench press and deadlift.

This year I want to increase my reps at those weights and drop my body weight about 20lbs to get down to 275.

Maybe? The youngest should be approaching 2 so I might start to get some free time back to be able to do stuff.
I've also got the garage door fixed so thats no excuse for taking the bike out...
