Que?
Hard to blame them. Quebec is a harsh and terrible land. It's like our very own slice of the US, what with all the poor people.
I'd guess this means French people are more social drinkers than Anglos.
They seem to be so few...over here we have around 10 times that.
I spent about 3 years in Roma, QLD which had 12 licensed establishments in a town of 7,500 people.
Lightweights; I used to live in a Welsh seaside town that had 40+ pubs and bars for a population of 12-13,000. :bowler:
That must not include the Stripper Bars.
This is proper Quebec right, not native filled north Quebec?
There isn't really any part of Quebec that is without Natives.
I assume the Mohawk still smuggle smokes across the border.
I saw exactly one Indian dude in Royal Mount and zero in Quebec City.
The one dude i did see was working security at a bank. He had a Mohawk, face tatoos, and was busting out of his uniform on steroids. Very different impression than the shuffling moochers i saw in Thunder Bay.
I said "dude, that is one badass look" as I walked by and he gave a chuckle.
