Where is KMPH? A License plate was Washington but it can't be, can it?

I was just assuming it was somewhere in California you didn't approve of, hence hippies, it certainly sounds like it, the place that is, and the incident belong in California.  :)

Fresno is suburban hell in the middle of nowhere. I wouldn't judge a place by homeless hitchhiking hippies passing through. :)
