That won't change anything. Registration on this forum isn't automatic. An admin must approve it.

Its already enabled.  Apparently, the version embedded in SMF is, at this point, almost useless.

I'm going to try switching to verification questions instead.

While you're at it, do you think you could purge the 16,000 pending registrations that have piled up?

While you're at it, do you think you could purge the 16,000 pending registrations that have piled up?

Did a quick and dirty manual edit in the DB that banned every pending registration.  I'd like to keep the accounts on the books so that I can look for an exploitable pattern to block.
