I am not surprised pedos are everywhere, even in the "open", but I am surprised you can create a group on FB called "Preteen lesbians" or "12 to 13 Boy Sex" without some kind of automatic censorship involved. I mean, Facebook censors comments (http://www.zdnet.com/blog/facebook/is-facebook-blocking-8216irrelevant-or-inappropriate-comments/12576FB) made by users because its filters judges it inapropriate, but it doesn't filter keywords like that?

Because tokenizing keywords at the word level is tricky. "Preteen" and "lesbian" are innocuous enough on their own. Tokenizing at the phrase level would get a lot less false positives, but the more specific the filter, the easier it is to bypass.
