Zombie survival LARP should be a goldmine among nerds.
I'm sure they could manage to arrange a weekend course that included
-fire arm safety
-first aid
-basic car maintenence
-physical self defense
-basic wilderness best practice and fieldcraft
and call it a zombie survival course and .... Profit!

And probably much more fun than a course organized by the red cross or the scouts teaching the same thing.

I read somewhere that it's much easier to smash the steering column cover and turn the ignition than it is to find the right wires.
