Title: Firefox spell check not working
Post by: sbr on December 31, 2011, 05:17:00 PM
My FireFox spell check isn't working anymore.  It may have stopped working when I upgraded to 9.0.1.  It is turned on (Tools->Options->Advanced->General).

Can anyone help, I am starting to feel like Tim.

EDIT It doesn't work anywhere, including FF safe mode.

I've had trouble with the latest Firefox version.  It wouldn't let me quote people.  So I'm using Chrome right not.  I wish it would let me open another tool bar for searches.

Why do you need another toolbar for searches?  For searching 'in-page'? (ctrl-F), or for general internet searches?

If you just want to internet search, pop open a new tab :)  Or select something on the current page, and right-click 'Search Google for ....', which will pop up a new tab with your search.

I've fully converted to Chrome and love it....especially the bookmark sync across all my various platforms/instances (as well as plugin & theme sync).

I don't like changing habits.
