Why don't you click on the links?

I don't really know what emo is, but I understand that it sounds like punk but with stupid lyrics.

I have a few records that sound like that:
- Yellowcard
- Bullets For My Valentine
- My Chemical Romance
- Rise Against
- From Autumn To ashes

If any of these are emo, then I'm guilty.

Because I hate nu-metal shit.

My current metal fav is Symphony X's album Paradise Lost.

(Yes, it's a concept album about John Milton's book. How can metal songs about the fall of Heroic Satan not completely rock?)

MIM, the first one sounds great!
I don't like the voice, but the music is great.

Let me check the second one.

Haha, what's the second one? Lord of the Rings?

It is pretty good, though.

He's one of the most talented singers in metal, maybe the best. They do so many different styles, and he has the range and versatility to do them all. I'd rank Russell Allen ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russell_Allen) over Bruce Dickinson, James LaBrie or Geoff Tate. Check out The Odyssey if you want something less...gruff. He's also worked with a bunch of other acts--it seems like everyone in metal wants to work with him.

The video is pretty cartooney, but fun. The hot angel chick looks Jewish to me.  :P

I ran across this gem recently in a book of top 10 lists I have:

"Top 10 Heavy Metal Singles in the US" (judged by sales presumably)

1 Eye of the Tiger- Survivor
2 Keep on Loving You- REO Speedwagon
3 I Love Rock n Roll- Joan Jett & the Blackhearts
4 Always- Bon Jovi
5 I'd Do Anything For Love(But I won't do that)- Meat Loaf
6 Blaze of Glory- Jon Bon Jovi
7 Total Eclipse of the Heart- Bonnie Tyler
8 Sweet Child O' Mine- Guns N Roses
9 Jump- Van Halen
10 You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet- BTO

:lmfao:

Maybe Siege can campaign for them to throw in Miley Cyrus next time.
