I'm hesitating buying it, since it's $50 for a 5 hour game, but I assume someone here rushed out and bought it, and I don't trust most review sites. So, how is it?
I'm probably gonna end up buying it since I thought Portal was so much fun.
Yeah, I got it last night and played it a good deal. It's just what you'd expect--black humor mixed with portal puzzles. I haven't beat it yet, but I'm enjoying it.
Reviewers are saying it's one of the best games ever made.
Still have a backlog of games.
Too expensive.
Fuck multiplayer.
Yer mom.
Ditto to both of the above.

They get paid to think that.
The first portal was great though I have been somewhat put off 2 by some fanmade prequel I played which was too hard. Silly I know, it has nothing to do with the portal team.
Maybe when the price comes down. Don't want to buy games new.
Bought it, played for a few minutes and was pleased that Stephen Merchant is by my side. This can only be good.
So yeah, this game is really really good. Playtime is about 7-8 hours. I hear the co-op campaign is another 3 hours, but PSN is still down and I can't play it. :(
Finished this, and it's indeed good, the new mechanics are very entertaining. Also it's fun, brilliant voiceacting. A little short for the price, though.
I'd wait for the price to go down.
