Obviously, Obama is making up for snubbing the Norwegians for his lack of customary speeches and etiquette for a Nobel Prize recipient.

Apparently a Russian invasion attempt, foiled by Norway and by the presence of President Obama. 

Coincidence that the Ruskies are testing missiles near Norway as Obama visits in the region?   :tinfoil:
