Title: So, should I be a Nielsen participant??
Post by: MadImmortalMan on November 30, 2009, 09:13:24 PM
I got a thing from Nielsen in the mail saying they want me to be one of those peeps that helps them generate the TV ratings. Should I do it?

Only if you never watch reality TV.

Watch only crappy Sci-Fi made-for-TV specials. Claim you're a widowed African-American grandmother who lives alone.

Any requests? I'll program my TV to watch all kinds of shit when I'm not home. Expect a ratings jump for all Buckeye football games and old Firefly reruns.  :P

Yeah, record as many episodes of Family Guy in syndication.  Three hours over the course of the evening isn't enough for me.

I was happy when they brought it back after being canceled. Now, I wish Seth MacFarland would drop dead.

It didn't really matter to me.  Sundays are for football, not animation.
