Toronto Star. very critical of Leafs. also against fighting in the sport.

is Benoit Brunet sorta equivalent?

In the say "stupid shit all the freaking time" department yes. Other then that no.

He's the Analyst of the Habs games on RDS (& of team Canada's when the Olympics come around), he's gotten better but he's really not good at it.
