1) Did ACORN actually help fill out documents or returns?  If not, what is the basis for such investigation?

2) How do you procecute any entire organization (as opposed to culpable individuals) for aiding and abetting tax evasion?

1) Beats me.  I did hear a story on NPR about 'tax deniers" who regularly charged for telling people they're not legally required to pay taxes.
