Investigate and prosecute for aiding and abetting tax evasion.
1) Did ACORN actually help fill out documents or returns? If not, what is the basis for such investigation?
2) How do you procecute any entire organization (as opposed to culpable individuals) for aiding and abetting tax evasion?
None. It's all about bringing down the organization with bad PR.
