My desktop was slow and having some crashes. I sent into the guy who built it for me.
Said there were some corrupted window files. Fixed it. Stress tested it to make sure the hardware was working sent it back.
Got it back today. When I first turned it on, the power flickered on and off a couple of times, but I thought I just didn't plug it in right.
Got it working, started installing stuff. Then the power failed right as I was installing the antivirus. When it turns back on its on the blue recovery screen. That failure was so well timed it corrupted an important driver.
Snapped a pic and then the power failed again. I think a connection became loose in trasnit.
That sucks! :(
You might check over the connections to/from the power supply if you feel confident. Basically just making nothing is loose or wobbly, and everything is securely fastened.

Nothing looked obviously out of place and I sent pics to my guy who said the same. Have to send it back.

Next time your computer gets slow and crash, talk to me. I might be able to fix this at a distance :)

That sounds like a weird set of circumstances Tim.

I was tremendously unlucky. If the power had failed a minute earlier or a minute later, things would be a lot better.
