I remember as a kid when we lived in Saskatoon, my parents had a can of "Winnipeg Air", that extolled the virtues of the city's clean prairie air. It looked to have been from the late 70s perhaps.

No - but there is a town (where I grew up) called Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
It's the Paris of the Prairies. Because, um, bridges. And the University is on the other side of the river.
They need a Louvre badly. They do have a synchroton though.
And one of the most confusing street numbering systems I've seen. There's actually at least four systems jammed together. Plus a lettering system.
