Just a thought. All those Italians locked up together... Could they do some work to turn around the demographic troubles? Or will the snottyness and fear of the end be a turnoff?
I suspect there will be a baby and a divorce/split-up boom after 3 plus months of social distancing

Completely agree.
What does snottyness have to do with quarantine?
Or maybe that means something different over there? Like crabbiness?
On topic, I do think if you're stuck in an apartment or house alone with a member of the opposite sex you will naturally get around to a lot of fucking.
Interestingly enough the Brits are including pregnant women in the groups at risk. So it might not be the best moment to have kids.

The Chief Medical Officer was asked about that - apparently it's because in general it's not good to have an infection while you're pregnant. There's no evidence from other coronaviruses that this is likely to present a particular risk to pregnant women, but that's just based on other coronaviruses and not specifically covid-19.

The reason for the quarantine?

The reason for the quarantine?
Fear of infecting people?
Apparently it means something different.
Nah, we are too busy sending stupid memes around, many of them about a possible baby boom in nine months time.
