Friend of my mother in law was in the hotel business. She had an anecdote about - Zhou Yongkang I think it was but I don't remember for sure. The hotel was full of CCP functionaries for some conference or other and the guy tells the manager to send up prostitutes to everyone's rooms. The manager complies - this is (or was) apparently fairly standard for this kind if thing - but when the time came to pay Mr. Senior Cadre refused, leaving the hotel manager with the bill and no recourse (which is why this was an anecdote).
