It all have to do with the rifts and the vocals.
Speed Metal is different from Speedcore in the growl vocals, not the rifts.
Nightcore is pretty much symphonic metal with dark lyrics, while Black Metal is Heavy Metal with Dark Lyrics,
I know is confusing as fuck.
