Title: Searching for a movie
Post by: viper37 on July 04, 2014, 08:48:45 AM
I'm guessing it's a Swedish movie, given the song's title:

You see images of the movie in the clip, 17th century Swedish uniforms, so most likely something about the Great Northern War.

Anyone has any idea? Has it been dubbed/subtitles in english or french?

I don't recognize it, but watching Swedes fight to an inspiration metal soundtrack can't get you pumped up more, except for maybe this:

From the YouTube comments:

QuoteSluga Gosudarev (The Sovereign's Servant), a Russian movie about some French guys hanging out in Russia during the Great Northern War. It has some pretty cool scenes of the Battle of Poltava at the end.

I guess the movie might be biased. :P

Ah, I didn't read those comments.  Thanks Syt :)

I found a scene of the movie.  Looks like Russian subtitled in Swedish.  I guess "Skujt!" is "Fire!" :D

It's available in France both as DVD and blu-ray (don't know about VoD) under the title
"Fantassins"
(seuls en première ligne)
