Fairly self explanatory. I use people to be deliberately vague; use any category for a group of people you want, say inhabitants of a city or an ethnic group.
Personally, the most attractive people I've ever seen were the Czechs. Pale, dark hair, thin, funny, enthusiastic English speakers, friendly, well-educated. :wub: The most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my life worked the counter at the Alphonse Mucha Museum in Prague.
Ethiopians and other east Africans are generally striking. Even if they aren't handsome, they tend to look vaguely "dignified" in a way that some other peoples don't.
I get the impression French-Canadians would be on the list but I haven't spent a whole lot of time there since I was a little kid.
I think the English alternate between fantastically, wonderfully gorgeous (Anna Friel, Emily Blunt) and being the most unattractive people on the planet. British tourists are the greatest blight on the Mediterranean since the fall of the Berber pirates.
For various reasons, I generally don't find shorter people attractive. That rules out a lot of ethnicities. I also don't find a great deal of Latin Americans of predominant native phenotype that attractive, though again this is partially a height issue.
Melanesians are fugly. Australian aborigines are fugly.
The least attractive white people in my opinion are Hungarians (sorry Tamas). The chicks on Hungarian porn sites are usually pretty fugly.

People from mountainous regions of Eastern Europe, assuming they know how to brush their fucking teeth. As for Latinos, I think the Mesoamerican Indians were just uniquely husky -- Peruvians and Bolivians can be pretty lithe.
Most people find me deeply unattractive, both in personality and physical form. :)

Least attractive - people with severe disfigurement

In my travels I was struck by the beauty of the women in Denmark and northern Italy. While there are many beautiful women in Ireland; there were several genuine ogresses too.

My last name is Thatcher, but TBH I've always thought I looked more Dutch or German than anything. People start speaking German or Dutch to me even when I'm in Chicago. Though, granted, there's not a huge gap between looking English and looking Dutch.

Naturally, Anglo-Saxons are the most attractive people. Thanks to demographics of the Enlightenment and Industrial Revolution, they're the ones most likely to be involved in film and television, which is where we're drawing our sample from, and both of which involve the strategic lighting, heavy makeup, clever blocking and straight up digital manipulation that all combine to permit us to pretend that they're not merely the same basically fuckable bags of meat and bone that you can find anywhere on Earth, in any ethnicity, as long as they're not fat and aged 16 to 35.
For the Czechs, of course, replace "of the Enlightment and Industrial Revolution" with "fall of communism" and "film and television" with "European pornography."
