Title: Searching for a proxy add-on, for FF and/or Chrome

I'm pretty sure I saw, at some point, some kind of auto-proxy selector that would let me access restricted sites.  Sites like Starz Play that are for US only, or BBC for wich many videos are only viewable in the UK.

Does someone knows tha name of that extension?  I want to be able to easily switch to a proxy based on its country of origin, so I can watch online content.
