Not to mention the six years of forum posts going astray before that. I had like 30000 posts at the time.

Seriously.  I've probably really got about 13k posts under my belt, just only 5k of them were here.

IIRC, the missing year of posts happened back on the IPboard software, it turned out some hardware was failing, and that was largely what prompted the move to SMF.

Ichi is japanese for one

Ichi Man is japanese for one - ten thousand.

so, yes, i know the meaning of ichi.

You sure about that Puff?  Korea ripped off counting from China just like Japan did, and in Korea 10,000 is just man, not il man.

Yes, Man and Ichi Man are interchangeable. Never heard of that movie.

In Mandarin Chinese, everyone seems to say "yi wan" for 10,000 (as opposed to just "wan").
