We are both wrong. The article doesn't say who the stork was suspected of spying
for, only that it was suspected of spying because it had a European wildlife tracker on it.

Good thing the US already has miltary assets in the region. This is the problem with drawing a red line that you dont enforce. Soon everyone thinks its open season.
