Why would you put an Underground Railroad through the middle of a battlefield?

Gettysburg had a thriving black community of 200.

Quite a few people were kidnapped by the rebels and sold into slavery during their invasion of the North.

An army of lettows?  No wonder they lost.  Probably wandered on to the battlefield pretending to be blind before falling to ground and rolling around shouting out "Squee!"

Yeah, the men who made Pickett's charge were experienced military men serving in infantry. Probably had more in common with 11b4v and Siege.

I have a hard time imagining that anyone has much in common with Siege.
