Title: Acrobat Reader problem
Post by: viper37 on August 23, 2011, 10:01:07 AM
I can't view a PDF in Firefox correctly.  Saving the file and opening it is ok.  Viewing it ont the web is not.

Here's a screenshot:

If I save the file and open it in Acrobat (or another reader) it shows up ok.

I think it's related to Firefox 6, but I can't find any solution.  Any ideas?

Had almost exactly the same problem at work, but with IE.  I couldn't open PDFs through the web browser, but could f I saved them on my harddrive and opened them in Acrobat.

I think they just re-installed the latest versions of both Acrobat and IE.

Reinstall Firefox.

Oh - the IT guy made sure to uninstall everything first, before re-installing.
