Is this anti-Laker animus, anti-LeBron animus or both?

Mostly anti-Laker animus.
I was no longer anti-Lebron once he left the Heat and I had decided he was forgiven for doing something so lame as leaving Cleveland to play for a super team. And he would have remained forgiven if he had literally done anything except join the Lakers. Well...basketball things, I am not saying I would have been more ok with him kicking puppies than joining the Lakers or something.
The Lakers are the Real Madrid of the NBA. So anybody but them.
Voted Denver.
Voted Denver, mostly just so the other cities lose.
Against my better judgement I voted both against Lebron & JimmyG for Denver.
Butler's making us all look foolish
You mean the 3 people who voted for Boston. Or have you seen the future?
Melo has retired. I know he was always a flawed star and the Knicks got stupidly fleeced in the trade (then again, they got fleeced on every trade back then), but he was always such an aesthetically pleasing player, the MSG announcer yelling Carmeeeeloooooo Anthony after a three is still one of my favorite small moments of the NBA. Pity I never got to watch him live (I left NYC just the season before they traded for him).

Damn. Should have gone to Vegas with that.
Though I don't know if spite is a good basis for sports betting.
