Title: Greater Israel
Post by: Phillip V on March 14, 2009, 12:49:50 PM
Is there any game where I can work to create a Greater Israel post-1948? For ex. fighting 6-Days War, building economy and military, resettling Palestinian areas, and eventually taking both sides of the Jordan River.

For the military part there's always TOAW, plus a few HPS Simulation games.

The closest to a political game on the subject would be this remake of Conflict: Middle Eastern Political simulator as found via this Wargamer link:

There's also Peace Maker (http://www.peacemakergame.com/), but it's biased towards peaceful solutions to the Palestinian conflict.

I suck at that peace keeper game. I either get capped by Hamas if I play as the Palestinians or start the 3rd Intifata if I play as Israel.  :(

Interesting. I think I'll try to nuke the West Bank after I fight off protesters with blood-stained bayonets and Merkavas.

There was the old Conflict in the Middle East and a hex based game from the 90s.
