Title: Serious connection problems
Post by: Scipio on October 14, 2009, 07:19:18 PM
My router keeps going all wiggy on me.  For a long time I had no problems, having manually set up my IP address and all that shit.  Now, though, I seem to have serious problems with the DNS wigging on me.

I have Comcast, and they are not doing any upgrading in the area.  Anyway, it is clearly related to my puter, since my office PC and my wife's laptop run off the same router, and they don't experience these issues.

Tried reinstalling/updating to the latest drivers for your wireless adapter?

More info needed.  For example:

* router make/model
* custom firmware version, if you have any
* are you connected wirelessly or via patch cable?
